  1. What if I want to talk to a live person?

    Please call our toll free number, 1-888-715-5264, and a sales associative will be happy to answer any of your questions.

  2. When will you ship my order?

    All orders ship within two business days. The tracking number will be emailed from QuantumViewNotify@UPS.com when the merchandise is shipped.

  3. What if I need it right away?

    We offer Next Day Air, 2 Day, and 3 Day UPS services for an additional fee. If you have any questions about your order either e-mail us or call our toll free number 1-888-715-5264.

  4. Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Only merchandise shipped to Minnesota requires sales tax.

  5. How do I get free shipping on my order?

    Any order over $50.00 ships free. Orders under $50.00 will incur a $5.95 fee.

  6. Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

  7. Is my credit card number safe to send?

    Luggage World MN uses state-of-the art technology that encrypts all your personal information as well as your credit card information.

  8. What if the item I order is not in stock?

    If your item is currently out of stock, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the expected ship date of the back ordered merchandise.

  9. Will I be billed for an item that is on back order?

    Your credit card is charged only when the merchandise has shipped.

  10. What if I don't like the item I have purchased?

    Luggage World MN has a 30 day return policy. Simply return the bag for a full refund. The item must be in new unused condition.

  11. How can I get my bag repaired?

    You can drop off your bag at our store in Minneapolis, or ship it to the address below with a brief description of the problem, your name, address, and telephone number.
