- When will you ship my order?
All orders ship within two business days. The tracking number will be emailed from QuantumViewNotify@UPS.com when the merchandise is shipped.
- What if I need it right away?
We offer Next Day Air, 2 Day, and 3 Day UPS services for an additional fee. If you have any questions about your order either e-mail us or call our toll free number 1-888-715-5264.
- Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only merchandise shipped to Minnesota requires sales tax.
- How do I get free shipping on my order?
Any order over $50.00 ships free. Orders under $50.00 will incur a $5.95 fee.

- What if the item I order is not in stock?
If your item is currently out of stock, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the expected ship date of the back ordered merchandise.
- Will I be billed for an item that is on back order?
Your credit card is charged only when the merchandise has shipped.
- What if I don't like the item I have purchased?
Luggage World MN has a 30 day return policy. Simply return the bag for a full refund. The item must be in new unused condition.
- How can I get my bag repaired?
You can drop off your bag at our store in Minneapolis, or ship it to the address below with a brief description of the problem, your name, address, and telephone number.
